In the dialog you can decide which database fields or columns should be transferred and how the text table should be formatted.</p>

<p class="Paragraph">In the <span class="T1">Table</span> area, use the arrow keys to select the columns of the database table you want to apply to the text table.</p>
<p class="Paragraph">All database table columns, which have not been accepted in the <span class="T1">Table</span> list box, are listed here. The entries are sorted alphabetically. <help:help-text value="visible" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">Select the database column whose content you want to insert in the text table.</help:help-text></p>
<p class="Paragraph"><help:help-text value="visible" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">The <span class="T1">Table</span> list box lists all selected database columns to insert them in the document.</help:help-text> A column will be assigned to each entry in the table to be inserted in the document. The entry order in the <span class="T1">Table</span> list box will determine the data order in the text table.</p>

<p class="Paragraph"><help:help-text value="visible" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">Click this button to accept the selected database field in the <span class="T1">Table</span> list box. </help:help-text> You can also double click an entry to accept it in the <span class="T1">Table</span> list box.</p>
<p class="Paragraph"><help:help-text value="visible" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">Click this button if you do not want the selected database field (in the<span class="T1"> Table</span> list box) to be accepted in the text table.</help:help-text></p>

<p class="Paragraph"><help:help-text value="visible" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">With this option, an empty heading line will be inserted in the text table.</help:help-text> With this option, you can define the headings in the document, which do not correspond to the names of the database field.</p>
<p class="Paragraph"><help:help-text value="visible">If the format information of certain data fields is not accepted, select then a format from the selection list in which the field contents should be inserted in the document.</help:help-text> The number formats supplied here are only available for certain database fields, for example, numeric or boolean fields. If you select a database field in text format, you will not be able to select any format from the selection list since the text format will be automatically maintained.</p>
<p class="Paragraph">If the format you want is not listed, select "Other Formats..." and define the desired format in the <help:link Id="65738"><span style="font-weight:bold;">Number Format</span></help:link> dialog.</p>
<p class="Paragraph">The number format assigned using the selection list always refers to the database field selected in the <span style="font-weight:bold;">Database Columns</span> list box.</p>
<p class="Paragraph">To insert the data into the document in the form of a table the correct <span class="T1">Table</span> option must be active. You can then select a database field from the <span class="T1">Table</span> list box to define the formatting of the database field. The changes to the number formats will be applied to the last selection. It does not matter whether the database field was selected from the <span class="T1">Database Columns</span> list box or from the <span class="T1">Table</span> list box.</p>
<p class="Paragraph"><help:help-text value="visible" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">Click this button to access the <help:link Id="67676"><span class="T1">Table Format</span></help:link> dialog, which enables you to define the table properties. You can define, for example, borders, background, alignment, column width, etc.</help:help-text></p>
<p class="Paragraph"><help:help-text value="visible" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">This button opens the <help:link Id="67697"><span class="T1">AutoFormat</span></help:link> dialog to automatically format the table.</help:help-text> In this dialog, you can select a format style, which will be immediately applied when inserting the table.</p>
